Rosenbauer: Rosenbauer Group welcomes a strong new investor. Robau Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH (Robau), under the strategic leadership of Stefan Berrer, has become a new shareholder in the Rosenbauer Group. In addition to Pierer Industrie AG and Mark Mateschitz Beteiligungs GmbH, Raiffeisen Beteiligungsholding GmbH and Invest Unternehmens Beteiligungs AG also have stakes in Robau. According to the agreement reached today with Rosenbauer Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH (BVG), Robau intends to subscribe in full to the planned capital increase with the exception of subscription rights. The transaction is subject to relevant regulatory approvals and is expected to close by the end of the year.
