Formula Wild West in the United States: Verstappen shows Hamilton’s stinking fingers

In the heat of Texas, Formula 1 stars were allowed to take off in the wild west before the eagerly awaited US collision in Austin (Sunday, 9pm, sky).

At first, Mexican Sergio Perez (32) called Mick Schumacher (22) a “fool” because the young star dared to give in to the opening curve and was later attacked by Red Bull. Fellow player Max Verstappen (24) went better after a two-wheeler fight with World Cup rival Lewis Hamilton (36), calling the British “stupid idiots” and pointing the middle finger.

Rum! After they crashed in races at Silverstone and Monza, both degree competitors already crashed during training. It shows how nervous the yet-to-be-named Verstappen is in the hot World Cup fight – and could have been successfully triggered by Hamilton “seven times”.

And the interview boycott of the Netflix series “Drive to Survive” is very absurd in terms of the competition with Hamilton created by the filmmakers. The fact that tough bandages and such psychological tricks are used in title fights is also ice on the cake.

Will Hamilton be king of Austin?

Red Bull Sports Director Dr. Helmut Marco (78) certainly described Hamilton’s stimulus as “unnecessary.” But the Austrian at least agrees: “We already know that the two often don’t go out to dinner together.”

The two races split six points before the 17th in 22 races, the last being in 2016 between Hamilton and “Silperfind” Nico Rosberg (36).

And with five wins from eight Austin races so far, Britt is, according to the “Texas King” and training records, the most favorite for his six-pack. Engine problems should not change that either. They forced the sixth machine to be installed on Valteri Potos (32), which is why Finn will be punished by five starting positions.
