Tottenham ends away with defeat

The San Antonio Spurs finished their annual NBA Rodeo Tour Monday with 105:118 against the Memphis Grizzlies.

Jacob Boltle, who was recently absent from Miami with back problems, scored a double (16 points, ten rebounds) plus four assists, two steals and one block in 32:23 minutes. Texans have had four wins in eight consecutive away games.

The third-placed in the Western Conference saw Spurs drop by the end of the third quarter. The Grizzlies couldn’t take an 11-point cushion in the final section. All-star Ja Morant played big, scoring 52 in the NBA.

The top scorer for the Texans, who also lost their third encounter with Memphis this season, was Lonnie Walker IV with 22 points.

On Thursday, San Antonio will play a home game again after about a month. The contenders are the Sacramento Kings, who won the Oklahoma City Thunder 131-110.

The first duel in the Eastern Conference was an obvious Miami Heat affair. The leader beat the second-placed Chicago Bulls, who were still trying to make up for the results in the last quarter, with a score of 112:99. After the last two defeats, the Milwaukee Bucks are back in winning ways. He didn’t give defending champion Charlotte Hornets a chance at 130:106.
