Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX: ENGH) today announced that it has acquired Compella AB, a provider of SaaS services and local solutions for call center and attendant offices headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
Completilla offers a complete call center platform that extends Microsoft Teams offerings. Competella Communication Suite software includes solutions for call center and operator operators and is fully integrated with Microsoft Teams. Call center agents and operators have access to a variety of tools including directory search, presence, calendar, email and instant messaging as well as integrated queues and media controls. One of Competella’s main products is the Operator Console that can be extended to call centers. Competella Communication Suite is distributed over a professional network by Cloud Partners & System Integrators Sold.
