Kahl am Main, April 12, 2021 – from Wednesday 7 April 2021, 12:00 am (CEST) to Friday April 9, 2021, at 12:00 am according to § 5 ff. Meeting on bearer bonds with a value of € 12,000,000.00, ISIN DE000A2AA5H5 / WKN A2AA5H (“Bonds”) was not quorum due to incomplete quorum required of 50% of outstanding bonds (Paragraph 15 Paragraph 3 Sentence 1 SchVG).

The Board of Directors of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG and Notary Dr. So Olaf Gerber, head of the Frankfurt am Main voting division, will soon invite all bondholders to a second meeting of creditors.

The invitation will be published in the Federal Reserve and on the homepage www.singulus.de under the heading “Credit Relationships”.
