End of a successful year: AGM for Leoganger Wrangler

With the Annual General Assembly and the subsequent graduation ceremony, Rangglerverein Leogang finished an intense and, above all, successful year as a club.

Board Chair Rosie Horhager was able to welcome Mayor Sepp Gressner as well as many Rangers including parents, officials, sponsors and some supporting members of Gasthof Wachter on November 11th.

After the commemoration of the dead followed the Chairman’s report, who was able to report on a very diverse club year.

Sports review was positive. After thirty-five weeks of training and countless competitions from May to October, it was clear that it was one of the most successful years in the club’s history.
A total of 64 awards were won in 2022, and in the club standings they are fourth out of ten clubs with 168 points. The third place in the Alpencup ranking is especially flattering for Christoph Eberle. After the unforgettable Alois Dum, he is only the second Leoganger to reach the top three. Among other things, the most diligent students were awarded guards. Lukas Riedelsberger, Jonas Kranwinter and Simon Kranwinter have had the most involvement (training and competitions). All ranks received a small gift.
Sepp Perwein (Backing Member) was given a small gift for his 70th birthday. For years, he’s been making sure Rangler puts together a decent team for the Pentecostal Ice Shooters.

After the Mayor’s words of welcome, the relaxed part of the evening began.

Another brief preview of 2023: After the winter break, training will start again in February. We welcome all boys from the age of five who are interested. On June 4th, for the first time since 2019, there will be a global event in Leogang. The Rangler Club and the marching band are already inviting everyone.
