David Hasselhoff wants to spread the party atmosphere with his tour

American actor David Hasselhoff (70, “Baywatch”) wants to take his fans back to better times. In March 2023 he will start his tour in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. “It should be one big party where everyone can sing and dance,” he told dpa. It’s about fun. Music helps in dark times not to lose hope.

In his own words, he could not live without music: “I get up in the morning and turn on the radio or streaming service. I only turn it back on when I go to sleep. I actually listen to music nonstop.”

Despite his musical career, he does not see himself as a singer, but also not as an actor because of his television success, he said. “I think I’m an artist first and foremost. Someone who knows how to make people happy. I don’t have to think about it too much. Instinctively, I know what to do.”

The “Party Your Hasselhoff” tour will lead ten cities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The beginning is on March 15th in Regensburg. At the end of March, Hasselhoff stopped in Schladming (March 25), Vienna (March 29), and Graz (March 30). In the 1980s and 1990s, the 70-year-old was mainly involved in the TV series “Knight Rider”, “Baywatch” and the song “Looking for Freedom” became known.
