The wedding day, in general, should be the most beautiful day in life. If you want to go a particularly exotic or, depending on your point of view, modest way when it comes to food, you can now serve McDonald’s menus at your wedding in Indonesia.
100 chicken burgers, 400 nuggets
For the equivalent of 183 euros, the fast food group is offering a wedding package that includes 100 chicken burgers and 100 packs of four chicken nuggets.
McDonald’s posted on its Indonesian Instagram account, “McD’ers, let’s make your wedding moment unforgettable with our wedding package. Various other exciting package options are available with a minimum order of 200.” An appropriate photo was posted with a bouquet of flowers and a burger.
The offer is currently only available in Jakarta (Indonesia). McDonald’s takes care of delivering and preparing the menu. Indonesia’s head of corporate communications, Rizqi Hyad, told The Sun that there are long-term plans to offer the service worldwide.
While the Indonesian offering is aimed at couples who receive McMenu delivery, there is also an option to get married at fast food branches in Hong Kong. The package there includes the ceremony, reception, wedding cake and catering for up to 100 people.
