Reorganization – Gmünd: Change of ownership in leading fiber optic company NBG

As reported several times, an economically challenging 2022 has led to the start of operations at NBG Holding Group, which has now also led to a change in ownership. The company, which is based at the Access Industrial Park in Gmund, says it is embarking on a successful path to reorganization – with a record backlog of orders in its core business, the production of strong steel tubes (“fibers in metal tubes”) into fine glass fibres.
