Polestar has been in Oslo for a long time, and Polestar Space opened in Frankfurt am Main recently. Germany’s first Polestar Spaces have already opened in Düsseldorf and Cologne. This was followed by Hamburg, Stuttgart and Munich. Another opening is scheduled soon in Berlin.
The digital brand Polestar enables customers to do everything online in a few minutes – from advice and configuration to leasing or buying. With Polestar Spaces, Polestar wants to bring back the joy of buying a car. Because customers are also looking for a direct connection and want to experience the car, Polestar Spaces forms an interface between digital sales and brick-and-mortar retail.
With the famous Emil Frey Hessengarage, Polestar has a very experienced expert beside it for the space in Frankfurt, who also acts as a competent service partner and has an outstanding experience in the privileged area. Together, they now want to further develop electric mobility in Frankfurt. The Polestar 2 launch version is still available in three weeks, depending on the availability of the configuration in question. The brand recently announced more variants of the model, which will also be available in Spaces for testing purposes starting in the fall.
Incidentally, some time ago Polestar entered into a strategic partnership with blockchain provider Circulor, the collaboration that enables blockchain tracking and CO2e tracking. Polestar 2 is already using technology to ensure the cobalt traceability in its batteries. The goal is to map the supply chain of all future raw materials. One of the elements of the partnership is also tracking CO2e through the supply chain. Circulor’s greenhouse gas tracking solution enables a more accurate footprint than using public emissions data from databases. With the help of CO2e tracking, Polestar can view emissions that were created during the production process for each facility, as well as emissions captured by suppliers through the supply chain.
