According to official reports, a large fire broke out in the port of the Ukrainian city of Odessa after a missile fell. State Governor Oleh Kiper said via Telegram on Thursday evening that at least 13 people were injured. Pictures and videos published by the media's Telegram channels showed flames at the scene and large clouds of smoke rising into the sky.

A media channel reported that a warehouse belonging to a major postal company had been bombed. It was not possible to obtain a Russian statement. Odessa is a frequent target of Russian attacks. In the past two days, eight people were killed in a missile strike on the city.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian drone strikes caused power outages in several Russian regions. In addition to the Kursk border region, the Oryol region in central Russia was also affected. The damage was caused when air defense units intercepted the drones over the Glazunovsky and Sverdlovskaya regions, the governor of the Oryol region, Andrei Klychkov, wrote in a telegram on Thursday evening. No information was provided about deaths or injuries. In the Kursk region, power supplies were paralyzed in the small town of Ponyri, local governor Roman Starovoit said via the Telegram app. The drone was shot down. Repair crews are already on site to restore power. The governor of the Smolensk region, Vasily Anokhin, also reported Ukrainian drone attacks on energy infrastructure. He did not give any details.
