VIENNA (PK) – The red-blue commission investigating abuse of power will hold its last two regular days of interrogations next week. The audit committee's agenda includes audit reports on study leaves and the shortage of skilled workers. In the Foreign Policy Committee, MPs discussed the recently presented Foreign and European Policy Report 2022 with Alexander Schallenberg. This year, Parliament celebrates Europe Day on May 9 with a party.

On the occasion of Europe Day, President of the National Council Wolfgang Sobotka and Acting Head of the European Commission Representation Wolfgang Bogensberger invite you to attend a ceremony. Europe Day is celebrated every year for peace and unity in Europe. Run by historian, author and cultural director Marie-Thérèse Arnbaum, Jewish genealogist and businesswoman, addresses questions about women who campaigned for women's rights in the Jewish middle class from the mid-nineteenth century onwards in an expert discussion.
