Hartberg brings in experienced Austrian attackers

TSV Hartberg reinforces itself with Patrick Mijic after the departure of ÖFB striker Maximilian Entrop to LASK.

The 25-year-old Croatian has signed a three-year contract in East Styria and has experience in Austria. Between February 2022 and July 2023, the striker made a total of 40 appearances in the second division for FC Dornbirn and SV Horn. Mijic scored 14 goals and set up three more.

The striker played last season for Slovakian club FC Vion before moving to Slovenia to NK Rogaska in the winter. Migic won the Slovenian Cup with the first division club, scoring 14 goals in 21 games.

Migic had a “very good season”.

“My big goal here is to score as many goals as possible and thus help the team and the club achieve their goals,” Migic said during the presentation.

“In Patrik we have found a player who has already gained experience in Austria. He was recently in Slovenia and, in my opinion, played a very good season. I am very happy that we have one season,” added coach and sporting director Markus Schupp. “With Patrik we have found a solution that will bring us a lot of joy.”

Hartberg's new additions list has increased to 14 players. Bundesliga transfer list >>>
