About Christian Fechter
Christiane Fechter has specialized in the fields of M&A, corporate law, venture capital and private equity throughout her career. In recent years, she has not only supported large (international) M&A and private equity transactions on both the buyer and seller sides, but also startups and SMEs in the implementation of capital measures, the establishment of companies and in relation to the drafting of public contracts. She has been registered as a lawyer since 2022 and was one of the founding partners of AKELA at the beginning of her career. Christiane and Martin Kollar run the startup program NuCo.legal (https://www.nuco.legal/), which they founded together, a special service offer from AKELA for founders, spin-offs and startups. Christiane co-authored the chapter “Corporate Business Ventures” in the MANZ standard work “The Great Guide to Business Law”. She is very present in the Austrian startup and investor scene and regularly represents AKELA at renowned events such as the annual Business Angel Summit in Kitzbühel, the World Venture Forum or the World Venture and Innovation Summit. Christiane Fechter constantly gives lectures in her fields of expertise and trains herself regularly to always be up to date.
