Ukraine News: President Scholz Gives Billions in Aid to Ukraine

Three civilians, including a minor, were killed in Ukrainian shelling in the western Russian region of Belgorod, according to official reports. Four people were injured in the town of Arkhangelskoye near the border, the region's governor, Vyacheslav Kladkov, said in a telegram.
