The ÖGNI Gold certification, awarded by the Austrian Association for Sustainable Real Estate (ÖGNI), represents comprehensive sustainability and has been tested according to the standards of the DGNB system. It evaluates environmental, economic, social and cultural factors and is a crucial criterion in project development for property developers such as 3SI Immogroup – which also received the Caesar Property Developer Award in 2024.
