Former US President Barack Obama is campaigning for Kamala Harris in the hotly contested state of Pennsylvania.
Former US President Barack Obama campaigned for Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris in the politically contested state of Pennsylvania and criticized her Republican opponent, Donald Trump. “There is no indication that this man is thinking about anyone but himself,” Obama said of Trump, who is seeking to return to the White House in the presidential elections scheduled for November 5.
However, polls indicate a close race. Obama said what he couldn't understand was why anyone would think Trump wanted to change things for the better. Trump is a 78-year-old billionaire who hasn't stopped complaining about his problems since he descended the golden ladder nine years ago. Obama was referring to the moment Trump first announced his candidacy for president in 2015.
Obama: Trump doesn't think about you
“There are the all-caps tweets, the rant and rave about crazy conspiracy theories, the two-hour speeches, the word salad, (…) and the constant attempts to sell them something. Obama asked: “Who does that?” Trump only cares about his ego, money, and status. “He's not thinking about you. For Donald Trump, power is nothing more than a means to an end.
In many US analyses, Pennsylvania is perhaps the most important state to choose. Because of the large number of voters, a comprehensive victory for both candidates without this state is more difficult. (APA/DPA)
