According to Kiev, the first North Korean troops in Kursk

According to Ukrainian military intelligence, the first North Korean troops trained in Russia are in the Kursk region. They have been used there since yesterday, as was said today.

There were about 12,000 North Korean soldiers in Russia, including 500 officers and three generals. There are no direct statements from the governments of Moscow and Pyongyang in this regard yet.

There is no denial from Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin also did not deny sending North Korean soldiers. “What we do is our job,” Putin said in response to a journalist’s question after the BRICS summit in Kazan, Russia.

“Russia has never doubted that the DPRK is serious about cooperation with Russia, and we are working with our North Korean friends,” Putin said.

At the same time, the Russian Parliament ratified the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Treaty signed with North Korea. The agreement takes military cooperation between the two countries to a new level and stipulates that North Korea and Russia will help each other if either country is attacked.

Putin: 2,000 Ukrainian soldiers are trapped in Kursk

At the closing conference of the BRICS summit, Putin also spoke about the fact that Ukrainian forces were surrounded in the Kursk region. “About 2,000 Ukrainian soldiers were detained in the Kursk region,” Putin said.

Putin said that Russian forces are making progress in all sectors of the front in eastern Ukraine. Ukrainian soldiers who invaded Russian territory in a counterattack will also be forced to leave the country.
