Traditional game dishes
Throughout the festival, classic game dishes will be served at Olivier Nasti's own two-Michelin-starred restaurant “La Table d'Olivier Nasti”, as well as at the “Le Chambard” hotel's traditional Winstub restaurant. The list includes, among others, »Live at the Royale“And Wild boar pateWhich highlights the regional cuisine of Alsace and the distinct diversity of flavours of the game. Wine accompaniment, curated by the head sommelier Jean-Baptiste KleinMeilleur Ouvrier de France 2018, is specially designed for game dishes and complements the intense flavor of the dishes.
Programs and cooking weeks
