As one of the most relevant restaurant lists in the world, OAD has made it its mission to publish rankings in five categories each year: Classic, Casual, Cheap Eats, Best New and Best Restaurants – without strictly limiting the number of restaurants on the list. The OAD community now consists of 8,000 registered guests and food bloggers from around the world who participate in the evaluation. Opinionated About Dining actually started in 2003 as founder Steve Plotnicki's personal restaurant blog, and has been growing steadily ever since.
