Application advice. Our app tip for the week fast It is a free application that supports intermittent fasting. The app targets beginners, advanced users as well as professionals. In the free version you also have the option to choose between different fasting rhythms from 16:8 to 23:1.

Getting started with Fastek

Once you open the Fastic app for the first time, you will be asked for the usual data: age, weight, gender, goals, whether you are healthy, and whether you already have experience with intermittent fasting. Based on this data, a fasting plan is proposed. Once you have entered all the data, you can start. You can then find in the app all the data presented in attractive graphics: you can see the progress of the fast, an overview of the individual fasting phases and whether you have drunk enough and taken enough steps. However, some views, such as water consumption, sleep stages or mindfulness, are only available in the paid version.

The first day of fasting with fasting

If you forget to launch the app one day, times can be added at any time.

Our rating

(4 out of 5 stars)

Our conclusionOur intermittent fasting app tip is a great app for tracking intermittent fasting. However, it also presents some drawbacks. In the free version, it is no longer possible to change the fasting range suggested by the application, but at the same time you can change the daily time manually. This is especially a disadvantage if you activate the reminder function. Another drawback is that you can only enter your meals in the paid version. That's why Fastic gets four out of five stars from us.
