Update from 12:48 a.m.: Apple is already streaming. The suspended music is still playing, but the stream itself is already playing.
Original entry Under the title “Incredibly Fast,” Apple will hold a hardware event in just minutes and stream it on its own. Event page Through the Google video portal YouTube online.
New iMacs, MacBooks and accessories?
We’ve included the official live stream for you afterwards and will of course be attending the event. New MacBook Pro models and the second generation 24-inch iMac are expected. As soon as we have solid news to report, we’ll let you know.
There were previously rumors that Apple might use the event to emphasize the suitability of Apple’s current processors for gaming. It’s a given that Apple will introduce the M3 chip today and make it the new heart of the 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro as well as the pacemaker in the new iMac. However, potential new launches are all currently unconfirmed.
It is also unclear whether Apple will offer its own peripherals in the new versions with USB-C ports. While the Magic Keyboard with Touch ID isn’t that old and was only introduced with the current iMac in the spring of 2021, the Magic Trackpad and Magic Mouse have been offered virtually unchanged since 2015. Apple has now expanded the color selection to include a Black.
Magic mouse with new charging option?
It remains to wait with bated breath whether Apple will provide its official mouse with a new charging option. The previous model had to be turned on its back to be loaded and had to endure a lot of grudges on it over the years.
