In addition to the new CFO, another director will be appointed to the board of directors of the local Unicredit subsidiary.
One of the country's largest banks is adding two female directors to its board. Specifically, the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bank Austria appointed Svetlana Pansenko, who currently serves as Board Member for People and Culture at UniCredit Bank Hungary, as a new Board Member – also for People and Culture – as of February. 1, 2024. In this position, the 45-year-old succeeds Georgiana Lazar, who will become the new Head of People and Culture at HVB in Germany on February 1, 2024.
In addition, Helen Bovin will join the Board of Directors of UniCredit Bank Austria as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on 1 March 2024. The 54-year-old succeeds Philipp Gamow, who will leave the company at his own request at the end of February.
