The second summer foreign signing after Kamil Pyatkowski is on his way to FC Red Bull Salzburg.
As reported by various Argentine media, it is said that Nicolas Capaldo is about to move from Boca Juniors to the “cops”. “Only papers are missing,” the Argentine association says, according to infobae.com.
In the last few hours, the transfer should have progressed well after Salzburg’s original bid was still very low. The Mozartstadt-based company now has to pay around five million euros for the 22-year-old, and the deal could also include another stake in the sale.
Capaldo is likely to be in the right-wing half position in Salzburg after Enoch Mwepo leaves the club. At Boca, the right foot was recently used as a right-back.
