The Oxburg Industrial Group Reng continues to grow. On Tuesday, the company announced the final decision on a mega acquisition. Reng accepts Combat Propulsion Systems (CBS), a subsidiary of the US arms company L3 Harris. Renk pays around $ 400 million or a good 338 million euros for those who make transmission and engines for armored vehicles at current rates. The large acquisition package includes the Starnberg-based L3 Magnet-Motor GmbH, which, according to the company, is “the world’s leading provider of hybrid drive solutions for military vehicles and naval vessels”.
