Baldur's Gate III: Patch 7 finally brings mods to consoles

For many fans, Baldur's Gate III has been considered the role-playing game of the century since its full release. But this achievement is clearly not enough for Larian Studios, because the team around Swen Vindcke is constantly offering new content through free patches.

For example, Larian Studios released Update 7 for Baldur's Gate III, which brought not only new endings. Thanks to him, you now have extensive editing tools at your disposal, with which fans have already recreated the map from Baldur's Gate II, for example. However, there's a big problem because the update has only been available on PC – until now!

Because if you're using a PlayStation 5, Xbox Series Patch 7 also offers mod support on these platforms, and you can easily download fan-created content to PC using the integrated mod manager and enjoy revised underwear or teams of 16 heroes.

The 13 new endings are now finding their way to consoles and Mac. As is known, it is primarily aimed at those of you who have chosen a dark path.

If you'd rather experience Baldur's Gate III together on the couch, there's good news here, too: Larian Studios has made some improvements to the split-screen mode. Now the screen merges seamlessly when the two characters are close enough to each other.

There are also plenty of other bug fixes and quality of life improvements. In total, the developers promise more than 1,000 innovations and revisions. The perfect opportunity to tackle another round.
