Equipped with advanced technology from Bridgestone, the Battlax Hypersport S22 provides excellent sporty handling and stability on wet and dry roads.
Bridgestone and Yamaha have a long history of joint development. As part of this, Bridgestone is proud to contribute to Yamaha Motor’s comprehensive motorcycle portfolio. Bridgestone actively supports motorsports in the FIM World Endurance Championship (EWC) and All Japan Road Race Series with high performance Battlax tires. This allows the company to improve the technologies used in the races.
The Battlax Hypersport S22 was developed for the MT-10 aircraft using technologies drawn from the company’s motorsport expertise. The new tread compound, combined with a special construction, combines a secure grip with durability at high speeds. Together with improved rigidity, the tires ensure a solid driving experience and plenty of driving pleasure on the MT-10 – from city to highway to racetrack.
The MT-10 embodies the concept of “ultimate street sportiness with the control the driver desires”. Combined with “attractive functionality and versatility,” the 2022 Yamaha MT-10 represents the flagship of the “The King of MT” design concept.
“This collaboration means a lot to us and proves that we are on the right track with our products,” says Wolfgang Terfluth, Head of Motorcycle Tire Sales, Bridgestone Central Europe. “At the same time, the manufacturer’s confidence confirms the excellent work done by our R&D team. “
