Börse Express – Nobu has announced an exclusive Thai development deal, the Nobu Hotel Bangkok and Nobu Empire Restaurant with Asset World Corporation (AWC).

Nobu Hospitalitythe world’s fastest growing luxury lifestyle brand, and Asset World Corp Public Limited AWC, Thailand’s leading integrated real estate group, is pleased to announce the exclusive Thai development agreement and commencement of two exciting projects in Bangkok.

As part of the development agreement, the two partners committed to the exclusive development of several Nobu hotels and restaurants in Thailand. The Parties are exploring additional development sites in the most attractive destinations in Thailand.

Located on the top floor and rooftop of the Empire Tower, Nobu Restaurant is the iconic mixed-use development in the heart of exciting Bangkok. Nobu Restaurant offers the most impressive views of the Bangkok skyline and Chao Phraya River, with a design that ensures a great dining experience.

The location of the new Nobu Hotel in Bangkok will be announced soon. AWC and Nobu Hospitality jointly plan a unique and distinctive program and experience.
