Numerous racing cars, custom-made vehicles and show vehicles that Volkswagen once designed specifically for Lake Wörthersee are also on display. At Lake Wörthersee, where the GTI fan community has been meeting every year since 1982, up to 200,000 visitors have come to admire the Volkswagen Golf, Polo and Scirocco equipped vehicles. In 2023, the Austrian community in Wörth am See announced the end of the meeting after more than 40 years.
