At the second Gambrinus concert for the company’s band of the Wieselburg brewery at the NV Forum, Christian Huber was happy again that the hall was almost sold out. The orchestra, conducted by Kapellmeister Manuel Schachinger, opened the concert with the concert piece Magic Moments, followed by the high point right from the start with Suite Tirol 1809. This was followed by classic pieces such as The Beggar Student and Johann Strauss Sr.’s Sperlpolka.

Then the “small part” of the brewery’s music, “Wieselburger Braumusikanten”, brought in classics like Tiroler Spatzen and Pro Kamarada, with soloists Daniela Pinter and Bernd Fedrigotti shining. Then he moved on to a swing part, where the company’s band played the tracks A Million Dreams, 80s Cult (tour) and Abba Gold.

During the concert there were also some honors for long-standing membership and special benefits, with the Silver Badge of Honor from the Lower Austrian Brass Band Association for master brewer Christian Huber funding the new outfit being particularly noteworthy.
