aNext Sunday there will be a special cabaret at City Hall.
It took some time for the “Kistlreich” to find its way to the city hall. The time has come on Sunday, June 9, at 7 p.m.: For Probstdorf's “Beerenwerte Gesellschaft” ensemble, backed by painter Karl-Heinz Vincoff and author Hannes Vogler, the evening promises to be a real home run, as they have their own satirical story. The application after the tenth federal state of Austria, “Kistlreich”, is already on display in the entire Weinviertel.
“We have an under-appreciated indie culture here!” says band leader Peter Dulac, explaining the club's style. “Just think of warehouses as modern cathedrals, or of agricultural and residential boxes, or of the famous Three Seasons of Winviertel.” “Summer is too hot, winter is too cold, and spring is too short!” The request is illustrated by satirical images and lots of music from “Passenger Train from Hohenau” to “Gollersdorf Prison Music”. And if you're reminded of the songs of Arlo Guthrie and Johnny Cash, you're not wrong.
