Capital Group appoints corporate head of Europe and Asia

Capital Group, an investment firm with over $2.3 trillion in assets under management* and 92 years of investment experience, has appointed Benno Klingenberg-Temm as Head of the Institutional Group for Europe and Asia Client Group (EACG), effective immediately . He will report to Jay Henriques, Head of Client Group Europe and Asia, and will become a member of the EACG Management Committee.

Klingenberg-Team will be responsible for growing the firm’s institutional business, working with local teams to deliver investment services tailored to client needs and deepening relationships with institutional clients in Europe and Asia. It will be based in Singapore.

Klingenberg-Team joins Capital Group from UBS Asset Management, where he most recently served as Head of Institutional for the Asia Pacific region. Over his two decades at UBS, he held several senior positions, including Head of Global Sovereign Markets, Asia Pacific, and Managing Director, Middle East and Sovereign Clients. During his career, Klingenberg Tim was stationed in Singapore and Zurich.
