The song, performed by Israeli singer Hila Fahima, was performed as part of the Lower Austrian Serenade concerts and formed the “vanguard” of the Laxenburg Castle concerts that begin on Saturday, October 1. The innovative program is aimed not only at ardent classical music listeners, but also those who want to become one. The wonderfully talented troupe Art-house17 will start with a fantastic version of Pergolesi’s mini-opera “Il Ciarlatano”.
Folksmilch will make the majestic palace theater tremble with the best of stand-up comedy and musicals while keeping the laughing muscles going. The New Generation Orchestra, with students and alumni of the Vienna Musekimnasium, under the direction of composer and conductor Guido Mancusi, presents the masterpieces of Beethoven and Mendelssohn, and finally the legendary Januska-Ensemble of Laxenberg on its crisscrossing journeys around the world. They will be playing their show “The Big B’s” for which they are currently ranked 6th in the world on the Top 20 Classic Charts list. And all this in the unique and elegant atmosphere of Laxenburg Park and Palace and with the exquisite gastronomy of Michi Kulhanek.
