Bad Tatzmannsdorf Tourismus – will organize a classical music festival with first-class artists and works by important composers together with PannoniArte in this year’s series of events. Aima Maria Labra-Makk is Artistic Director again this year and has managed to win Most Popular Works. The festival’s opening bars on Thursday revolve around chamber music. Brahms, Schubert, Debussy, and Liszt were performed by Christian Altenberger, Orfeo Mandouzi, Jana Polizoides, and artistic director Emma Maria Labra-Mac in the Overture. Julia Stemberger reads from the letters, writings, and texts of musicians, thus bringing her closer to the people behind the music.
Polish pianist and Chopin translator Aleksandra Mikulska and the Girardi Quartet with Harald Martin Winkler, Volker Hannes Zach, Thomas Kallmann Siehl and Ruth Stroup will perform on the second day of the festival on Friday in high artistic quality. Pieces from the wonderful world of sound by Frédéric Chopin and Carol Szymanowski. Saturday and thus the third day of the Classical Music Festival takes place in the Kultursaal Bad Tatzmannsdorf under the spell of world stars. World-famous soprano Ildico Raimondi takes us on a lyrical journey with the works of Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, and Liszt, with a small detour into the world of operetta. With her, Robert Lehrbaumer returns to PannoniArte on piano.
The closing of the second Pannoni Art Classic Festival takes place as part of a party in the Catholic Church in Bad Tatzmannsdorf. The Cello Quartet of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, which has been admired by more than 50 million TV viewers as part of the New Year’s concert, can be seen live in Bad Tatzmannsdorf on this day.
