Tesla is recalling 3,878 Cybertruck vehicles due to throttle problems. The accelerator pedal could come loose and get stuck in the interior panels, the NHTSA said Friday. This may cause the car to accelerate unintentionally. Tesla will repair or replace the throttle.
The Cybertruck electric pickup truck has only been delivered since the end of last year – two years late due to production problems and battery shortages. According to BizzyCar, Tesla has already had to recall a total of 2.4 million cars in the first quarter of 2024. Problems can usually be resolved with a software update.
