As part of Ubisoft Forward, the publisher has once again offered new material for the upcoming free branch The Division: Heartland.
The Division: Heartland, a multiplayer survival shooter set in the Division universe in a small town in America, will be available in 2022-2023 as a free-to-play title on PC, console, and the cloud.
The Division’s free-to-play indie game introduces new playable characters into a rural environment far removed from the events of New York and Washington, D.C. Silver Creek was once a quiet city in the American Midwest, but has since expanded and been in shambles with dollar flu.
You take on the role of loyal The Division agents from across the country in response to a call for help. Fighting side by side and against other trained agents, you will uncover the secrets of Silver Creek and bring hope to what remains of small-town America.
Leading development is Red Storm, a veteran team that has been working on the brand since the very first The Division game. The developers want to produce the game closely with the community and conduct several testing phases, which you can sign up for now thedivisiongame.com.
