Early termination of the share repurchase program
Munich, 17 December 2021.
At its meeting today, the Board of Your Family Entertainment Aktiengesellschaft decided to terminate the share repurchase program announced on May 31, 2021 by an early provisional announcement with immediate effect. The board assumes that the supervisory board will give its approval in the short term. So far, the stock buyback program has had a deadline until June 30, 2022 at the latest.
The total number of shares purchased as part of the share repurchase from June 1, 2021 to December 17, 2021 inclusive, was a total of 3,630 shares.
