Duchess Meghan showed a lot of humor and openness on Ellen DeGeneres’ American talk show.
On the show, the Duchess of Sussex shared a joke while touring the booths. Prince Harry’s wife has received instructions from DeGeneres via hidden earbuds on how to behave. At the request, Megan nibbled on as many crackers as ferrets, patted a crystal on her forehead and joked in a sharp voice.
The 40-year-old also spoke about her family life in Montecito, California. Harry (37) loved it there. “We are just happy,” she said, a mother of two. Daughter Lillipet, born in June, is just starting to get her first teeth, her son Archie would love to be the big brother. She showed a picture of Archie where the two-year-old was watching the chickens in the garden coop while they were eating. The American revealed to the public “I love cooking”. She’ll cook for herself at Thanksgiving next week.

In the interview, she also recalled adventures from her previous life as an actress when she was out in Los Angeles with a “very, very, very old Ford Explorer Sport.” Meghan said the driver’s door lock no longer worked at one point, and she had to crawl through the trunk into the car after the tests. “So I got in and out.”
Meghan also shared an anecdote before she and Harry publicly announced their relationship. In Toronto, Canada, they were going to celebrate by disguising themselves in Halloween costumes at a party. “The tagline was post-apocalyptic,” Meghan said. “That’s why we all wore these weird costumes and got to have a fun night of partying one last time.”

The Duchess of Sussex has also addressed serious issues, such as her commitment to provide paid parental leave in the United States. As a mother of two, she wants to do everything in her power to ensure this is enshrined in law in her home country. In October, I wrote a letter to top Democrats in the US Congress with this concern.
On the talk show, DeGeneres and her guest welcomed a single mom from the US state of Tennessee, who started a business for schoolchildren with little money. “Your story touched us so much,” Megan said. The woman hugged and handed a check for $20,000.
Harry and Meghan separated from the inner circle of the British royal family in 2020. The couple moved to California. They participate in many social projects through their organization Archewell.
