RB Leipzig have arranged a successor to European champions Dani Olmo, who has moved to Spanish club Barcelona, and have also signed Norway's top talent Antonio Nusa.
The 19-year-old comes to Saxony from Club Brugge and has signed a contract until 2029. According to media reports, Leipzig will transfer a transfer fee of €22 million to Brugge.
Leipzig bring in Nossa as Olmo replacement
“Antonio fits perfectly into the DNA of RB Leipzig. He is young, capable of developing, very ambitious and willing to learn, but on the other hand, he has already played around a hundred professional matches and has managed to leave his mark both at Brugge and at the Norwegian national team,” said sporting director Marcel Schäfer.
Last season, the 19-year-old made 20 appearances (three goals) for Brugge and has already made three appearances this season. Nossa is expected to follow in the footsteps of European champion Olmo, who moved a few days ago to his youth club Barcelona for around 55 million euros.
