Dersbach. Three days full of diverse characters and influences from all directions await visitors to the Innône Festival in Diersbach from Friday 21st July to Sunday 23rd July.
Festival organizer Paul Zauner has invited the most promising projects of the current music scene into the Buchmannhof fold this year – for the 38th time. The Austrian Syndicate will open it. There will be several female formations, including: Women’s Chamania Orchestra; saxophonist and composer Mette Henriette; the award-winning trio “Not” from France; Helga Blankensteiner, a talented baritone saxophonist from South Tyrol; Zara McFarlanes with soulful jazz and Cathy Jordan with folk vocals. Crowd favorites such as Brazilian accordionist Gaucho Renato Borghetti, avant-garde Brass Musk and new German shooting star Johanna Summer will also perform on the piano. Malian singer and guitarist Vieux Farka Touré wrapped up this year’s Innône Festival on Sunday evening. Then he goes to the pigs for hours after.
There is a children’s program, shuttle buses, and camping facilities. information below www.inntoene.com
