First Aid and Compensation for Gold Edition Buyers

(MST/Speedmaniacs.de) – Despite some previous closed and open beta tests, the pre-launch for buyers of the game Gold Edition from Test Drive Solar Crown Unlimited Under a Lucky Star. The 7-day early access that comes with the Gold Edition, among other perks, turned out to be a flop for some people due to technical issues with server stability.

Meanwhile, developer KT Racing says it has “significantly improved the quality of most services since the official start of the game’s early release.” However, the difficulties have not yet been fully resolved.

Game owners who are experiencing “occasional difficulties connecting or logging in” are being assured that they are working to resolve the restrictions and are providing guidance on how best to deal with some issues.

First aid for some error messages during races

If you are having trouble with race error messages, here are some temporary solutions that should help you:

Error messages after the race: If you see an error message at the end of a race asking if you want to return to the lobby or move freely, please wait and do not press “Yes” immediately. The game makes requests to the servers at regular intervals, which are usually resolved automatically within a few minutes.

Race start: Sometimes it may be necessary to pause when trying to start a race. Keep trying if you encounter difficulties.

Setup issues (first choice race in Aberdeen):
If you have completed the second ascent but cannot see the helipad on your map, please restart the first ascent.

If you don't see the second race after completing the first race, try playing the first race again. If the map is still blocked, please request a save reset.”

Nacon and KT Racing promise compensation

It was also announced that these restrictions will be removed via a patch and shows understanding for disappointed or frustrated buyers, especially those who purchased the Gold Edition in the first place so they could play long before everyone else.

Since this was not possible or only possible with the restrictions, Nacon and KT Racing have decided that “in-game compensation” will be provided to “all affected players” as an apology for the inconvenience once the issues are resolved.

What this compensation will look like — credits, imaginable in-game vehicles, or something similar — is unknown at this time. According to official information, details will be announced “at a later time.”
