Grealich is about to return to his former German club

It is possible that Florian Grealich made a choice.

Without a club since the end of June, the ÖFB corps will leave after just one season at Ajax Amsterdam and appear headed for a return to the Bundesliga.

According to the ‘Kicker’ report, the 27-year-old is set to feature again at TSG Hoffenheim. The trade magazine wrote that the free defensive midfielder should “get a three-year contract”. From 2017 to 2022 he wore his boots for Sinsheim.

With Werder Bremen, another former team from Greilich may be looking through his fingers, and 1. FC Köln has also shown interest in the Austrian team player 35 times.

Baumgartner and Bosch are already gone

In Hoffenheim, he did not meet his teammate Christoph Baumgartner, who “scored” him with the national team in the European Championship qualifier against Sweden (2-0). The 23-year-old attacking player has been signed to league rivals RB Leipzig for a record fee of around €27m.

He also no longer plays Grealish with his compatriot Stefan Bosch. The defender is signed by Bologna Football Club.
