Participants in the Healthy Randig Community Working Group learned from alpaca breeder Stephanie Ecker how calm, inquisitive animals can foster communication, respect and leadership in a team. When walking with the alpacas, they had to adapt to a common rhythm and were able to exchange ideas and relax in nature.
“The alpaca climbing trip was an enriching experience that brought the participants closer together and taught them important lessons in teamwork,” says Working Group Chairman Wolfgang Zellhofer.
