Blizzard will release the next big addition to the legacy trading card game Hearthstone in a few weeks: The Great Dark Expanses.
Starting November 5th, just a few weeks from now, Hearthstone: The Great Dark Expanses will be the next big expansion for Blizzard Entertainment's long-running trading card game. Now in the Year of Pegasus, the third expansion will bring you 145 brand new cards, including the new legendary Nexus Prince Shaffar.
A new type of servant is also introduced, the draenei. Searching for a new home after their homeland was overrun by the Burning Legion, the Draenei will now be permanently represented in Hearthstone. Many of these minions' effects affect the Draenei's next game.
With “spaceship” a new keyword is also introduced. You can actually find the namesake Great Dark Expanses in a radioactive spaceship and serving part of the spaceship. Their stats and effects will be added to your under-construction starship when it is destroyed.
Another keyword returns to the game with “Spell Boost”. This ensures that you get the effect the first time you cast the spell. And last but not least, you can expect early access card mayhem: for a week until the expansion is released, you can open your packs of The Great Dark Expanses, create card decks, and compete in a mini-competition in which you can win prizes. Depending on your performance.
If you want to purchase the add-on on a large scale, you can choose from the following packages:
- Mega Bundle: The Great Dark Expanses (€79.99) contains:
- 80 card pack
- 10 gold packs
