Technopark is distinguished by its prime location on the southern outskirts of Graz, in addition to its excellent infrastructure and modern office buildings. The offer was appreciated by more than 2,300 employees in approximately 100,000 square meters of perfectly air-conditioned office and business space. Technopark Raba Holding not only serves the needs of many companies in Raba Grambach. With other locations in Vienna, Graz, Leoben, Kalsdorf, Feldkirchen, Simmerach, Portschach am Wörthersee and Bad Ems, the holding company has an additional 100,000 square meters of office, business, warehouse and residential space. Expansion of existing malls and development of new properties are currently underway.
All under one roof
Short distances are a key part of efficiency for many companies. The Southern Autobahn (A2) passes directly through the municipality and is easily accessible via the Puchwerk junction on the access road to the Graz-Ost motorway. Both Graz Main Train Station and Graz-Feldkirchen Airport can also be reached within a few minutes by car. A restaurant, cafeteria, travel agency and laundromat as well as two fitness studios and a local supplier on site complement the offer perfectly, and the excellent transport links as well as the latest construction and development concepts were convincing and well known. Major Austrian companies have enjoyed ideal conditions for more than 20 years.
Inspiration and innovation
The Schreiner brothers are continuing the Technopark project with a clear vision: to create an ecosystem that offers not only spatial solutions, but also a network of innovation, support and sustainable growth. “Our goal is not only to satisfy 100% of our customers' individual desires, but also to create working environments focused on comfort and efficiency,” says Managing Director Hans Schreiner. This commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has made the park a desirable location for companies looking to grow in Austria's dynamic economic landscape. The main value lies in the variety of possibilities it offers. Here, working and living environments are consciously integrated, enhancing creativity and innovation. The park provides a modern ecosystem with a common goal of success. For many people, the wide range of services is also an important decision-making criterion in Technopark Raba.
Investing in the future
The Najjaran brothers decided to follow new paths as part of their development strategy. As startup investors, the two support young, promising companies on their way to a successful future. With investments of around three million euros, Technopark Raba Holding has succeeded in fully supporting value creation in the region. About 30 to 40 million euros are invested annually in new development and implementation of future projects. “Our utilization is excellent and we are pleased to be able to make a valuable contribution as part of this vital ecosystem,” says Managing Director Hans Schreiner.
Sustainability and social commitment
Modern construction concepts and high-quality furnishings are always developed and implemented with an emphasis on sustainability. Of course, the influence of role models also plays an important role, as the two managing directors emphasized in unison. By 2025, for example, photovoltaic capacity is scheduled to increase to five megawatts. For the brothers, sustainability also means social commitment. With a five-hectare orchard and 2,000 fruit trees planted, the two have demonstrated their intentions admirably. “Everyone should be able to use it here and enjoy the beauty of nature and its fruits. The trees can be planted freely and are available to the public. It is important for us to take responsibility for society as a whole and do our part,” adds general manager Peter Schreiner.
