TErnitzer Esolf did not give Mödling any chance in the semi-finals. Also Amstetten Wolves in the final.
You did it. Ternitzer Eiswölfe reached the regional league final. After winning 4-0 in the first leg, promotion was never in danger in the second leg against Mödling. However, the Dragons managed to make the match more interesting than the first match.
The first third remained scoreless for a long time, and it was not until the 19th minute that Ternitz scored his first goal with the first little kick to the neck. Dominic Grabner launched the guests into the lead. At the start of the second half, Gregor Metz equalized after preparatory work by Niklas Edelmann and Simon Duran. After that, the Maudlingers must meet again. Jacob Grabner is dusted off after a mess. The Ice Wolves once again found a quick answer. Edelman made it 2-2 on the power play.
Ternitz also won the second match
In the final half, the Wolves took control of the game. Max and Ultron made it 3-2 by majority. Use a direct spin pass. A few moments later, Duran himself unleashed a powerful wrist shot on goal. Lukas Haberhofer in the Modlinger zone was beaten for the fourth time that evening. Kilian Frowirth's goal about three minutes from time was merely cosmetic.
While Tirnitz confidently moved into the final with an overall score of 8:3, last year's champion Amstetten had to stage a simple comeback against Tulln; After winning 2:3 in the first leg, Mostviertil won 4:1. The Eiswolfe team still has a result to settle in Amstetten of the regular season. Both matches were lost (3:5 and 0:1). Amstetten has home advantage on Friday (7:45 p.m.). The decisive confrontation will take place on February 23 (8 pm) in Ternitz.
