iOS 15.6 beta testing is now coming to an end. According to current information, the new initial release with build number 19G71 is the second release candidate released by Apple. The update has been available since Friday evening as part of the developer testing program. The final release and thus the beginning could be done for all users in the coming days.
However, this may require all known bugs to be corrected. So far, it is only known that there are issues with smart home connections made via the Matter standard.

There is currently little information about individual changes in the new build. We have listed the innovations and improvements for iOS 15.6 in general at the end of the article.
How to join the beta program
The new update is now available as an update. Registered users simply get the new version over the air, i.e. as an online update. Anyone who is not yet enrolled in the beta program can do so at any time and join the beta phase. You currently have the choice between iOS 15.6 and iOS 16. Participation is free and requires a one-time registration for the program beta.apple.com/sp/en/betaprogram from the respective supported device. An Apple ID is required for this.
Once you sign up, you will get new trial versions automatically, just like any other update. However, one must keep in mind that, as with any beta version, unexpected problems may arise. So Apple warns that it’s best not to do this iPhone Productivitybut a second device must be used for the tests.
