MHP Hotel AG operates a new luxury hotel on Karlsplatz in Munich as a JW Marriott: daily pass

To this end, MHP – short for Munich Hotel Partners – has entered into a long-term lease agreement with the Munich entrepreneurs D. Hans Inselkammer and Dr. Nicole Inselkammer and INKA Karlsplatz GmbH & Co. KG, which acquired the hotel in October 2021 from the Munich hotel company Geisel Privathotels

A new architecturally stunning building with 108 rooms and suites as well as a rooftop restaurant and bar with stunning views of Munich is being built in one of the most prominent locations in central Munich according to the plans of Spanish architects Nieto Sobijano. The work is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2023. The property will be built on the site of the traditional “Königshof”, which was demolished in 2019 for the new building.

MHP has entered into a long-term franchise agreement with Marriott International, which includes use of the Marriott luxury brand, reservation systems, and sales and marketing capabilities.
