Came late, in the end the winner: the singer Missy May convinced the jury and the audience on Friday evening in the ORF program “Dancing Stars” and thus won the victory.
Singer Missy Mai is the new dancing star. The 36-year-old, who only stepped in for ballerina Karina Sarkisova in the second show of the season, excelled Friday night with her professional partner Dimitar Stefanin in the final of the 15th season of ORF’s dance show “Dancing Stars”. The silver medal went to former ski jumping coach Corinna Kamper and Danilo Campisi, and the bronze was awarded to former ski jumping coach Alexander Buenner and Manuela Stockl.
In the latter show, the latecomer, whose real name is Stephanie and Anasek Stauffer, gave a sovereign performance. After two dances, she and her dance partner, Stefanin, were ahead in the jury’s evaluation. In the decisive duel with Corinna Kamper, she manages to impress the audience with her theatrical dance based on the movie “Tanzania der Vampire”.
The month of May follows cabaret artist Caroline Athanasiades, who won the last edition of the hit song with the audience in 2021, along with professional dancer Campisi. This time, a total of ten outstanding dancers with their professional accompaniment had to face the eyes of the jury consisting of Maria Santner and Palazz Eker as well as the television audience. The show was moderated by Miriam Witzelbrunn and Andy Knoll. The guest referee for the final show was the dancing superstar Athanasiades.
