Monika Schmiel Pflueger presents her travel impressions in her new exhibition “My Journeys”. Opening Tuesday, September 10 at 7 p.m. AK Bildungshaus Seehof.
InnsbruckIf you can't get enough of the travel and vacation fever and still want to discover countries and continents at the end of summer, you can do so in Monika Schmiel-Pflüger's new exhibition. With colorful photographs, she captures impressions and motifs from different countries and continents.
The artist’s experiences are many and varied. Her colourful paintings, mostly in oil and acrylic, tell of many exciting journeys through the Caribbean, to Africa or across Europe to countries such as France and Italy. Monika Schmiel-Pflüger has been intensively involved in painting for 30 years and continues her teaching on an ongoing basis, for example at numerous seminars in Vienna, Geras and Burgenland. Schmiel-Pflüger is also currently a member of the John Walton Painting Group, where she regularly exchanges experiences with other artists and works on new paintings.
After the opening, the exhibition “My Journeys” can be viewed from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm until October 4. Admission is free. Register for the opening by phone 0800/22 55 22 – 1515 or [email protected].
